We at CAW Studios believe in flexible working hours. While we work Monday through Friday, we do not have any set check-in and check-out times. We believe in getting our work done at an acceptable pace with the required quality standards being met. Although sometimes the clients you work with may expect you to be working on the set clock, that differs from project to project. There are a few things, however, we do not compromise on, and those are:

• Meeting deadlines
• Meeting quality bar
• Never miss a sync-up, and be available for your team

And how do we achieve those? By keeping a predictable "ebb and flow" and not working in spurts.

Software development is like a service line in a factory. One does his work and sends it forward for further work. Eg:

Requirements ———-> Design ———> Dev ———> QA ———> DevOps

We want you to keep the work flowing on this service line for smooth working. It would help if you never became a bottleneck; work should never be pending on your workstation. We don't want you to be sitting on a pile of work for days with no progress and then spend 16 hours straight and get everything done. That disrupts the overall flow. People waiting for your work to be done are put under pressure. Instead, we want you to spend reasonable and sincere hours daily and make continuous progress on your work. And spend the rest of your day doing anything that you like.
