📢 Our customers are any company looking to build a product from scratch.

They are in the 0-1 life stage, mostly an idea on paper requiring MVP/v1 to be built. They have a smaller ticket size but have the potential to grow into larger accounts. Early-stage startups almost always consult projects; they look for tech leadership from us. We want to be selective in the early-stage customers we get into business with. Some criteria that we apply -
They are Seed/Angel/PreSeries/Series A funded startups, likely pre-PMF. They have an existing engineering team and need more engineers to develop faster. They ask for engineers with specific skills—developers, DevOps, and QA (mostly manual, sometimes automation). We had a few cases where a mid-stage startup carved out projects or modules for us to build independently from their existing team and handed them over to their existing team. So yes, mid-stage startups can also generate consulting projects, though it’s rare.
These are SeriesB and upwards funded startups. They have found their PMF, focusing on scale and expanding their market share. These startups are rich in funds. They will likely have a minimum of 50-member engineering team. They need our engineers to augment their team (Embedded Engineering Model). They might have side projects or product extensions they can carve out for us as Product Development projects. Often, these startups need a more mature test automation setup, and we can sell them our test automation consulting services. Or they might use Terraform to migrate to IaaC or Kubernetes, which falls under our DevOps consulting. Data Engineering and Delivery Teams are some of the other things they might need from us.
As the name suggests, enterprises are established companies that need software work. Many enterprises are planning to build new digital assets or upgrade their existing ones. With the advent of the Cloud, Data Analytics, IoT, and AI, enterprises often look for Product Consulting companies to build greenfield projects for them.
